On May 17–18, 2025, MANI Malaysia proudly joined forces with the Malaysian Dental Students’ Association (MDSA) to support and celebrate the next generation of dental professionals at the highly anticipated MDSA DUSK 8.0 (Dental Undergraduate Survival Kit 8.0) event, held at SEGi University.
The weekend was a dynamic blend of connection, education, and innovation. On the first day, our team had the privilege of engaging with eager dental students at the MANI exhibition booth. It was inspiring to witness the curiosity and enthusiasm of future dentists as they explored our range of precision-crafted instruments and learned about the role MANI tools play in elevating clinical practice
The highlight of the weekend came on May 18th with the Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry (BRD) hands-on workshop, where MANI proudly sponsored high-performance dental burs. Led by the esteemed Dr. Tan Vei Xhion, the session saw 25 participants dive deep into advanced restorative techniques. The hands-on learning was not just technical — it was transformative.
Students practiced biomimetic principles under expert guidance, gaining insights into preserving tooth structure and mimicking nature through restoration.
Seeing these passionate individuals work with focus and skill reminded us of why MANI is committed to supporting educational initiatives. It’s through programs like DUSK that students gain the confidence and clinical edge needed to thrive in their careers.
